The Northeast Presbytery of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARPChurch.org) and Good News Presbyterian Church of Frederick, MD, seek to gather a core group for a new church in Carroll County that is outreach-oriented and distinctively Reformed and Presbyterian.

To focus on God’s means of grace, namely the ministry of the Word and Sacraments joined with deep fellowship between God’s people.

To build a community-based congregation that supports and encourages strong and sturdy connections among people living in Carroll County and nearby areas.

To praise God in a manner that is reverent, joyful, beautiful, and according to Scripture.

To welcome inquirers and encourage them to ask questions about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
